What to Expect
60-75min Initial Visit
All new clients begin with a one-time intake appointment where we review your goals, health history movement patterns, and range of motion to build a safe and effective plan
30-45min Follow Up
1 week following your initial we will review your home exercise program, answer questions, and plan our future sessions
30min, 45min, or 60min Sessions
Depending on your goals we will plan weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions where we train, review progress, or make adjustments to your home exercise program
Consistency is key and I am here to help hold you accountable and make exercise easier when life gets busy. Investing in your health is the best thing you can do!
Packages
All packages are fully individualized based on your initial kinesiology assessment (required prior to purchasing and scheduling package sessions).
Each session includes 1:1 exercise guidance with real-time cueing and feedback. You will also receive a customized home exercise program to support consistency and progress between visits.
Active Recovery
5 x 45min sessions - $425+ gst
Designed for individuals looking to improve full body strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility while addressing specific movement limitations or areas of concern through corrective exercise.
Level Up
4 x 60min sessions - $450+ gst
Perfect for anyone looking to prioritize and invest in their health and wellness by establishing a consistent, full-body exercise routine grounded in progressive overload.
Focussed Recovery
6 x 30min sessions - $390+ gst
Ideal for those with a focus on specific areas or movement patterns. Sessions emphasize improving strength, mobility, and functional alignment in the identified region(s).
