A restorative, stretch-based class that helps release tension and improve mobility. Using slow, guided movement and breath, you’ll create space in the body, support recovery, and enhance flexibility. Perfect for unwinding, rebalancing, and complementing more intense training.

Functional Mobility
Tuesdays 9:00-10:00am @ Northern Rockies Recreation Centre
A 60-minute class with a focus on slow, controlled stretching, mobility, and gentle strengthening to support individuals experiencing back, hip, or knee pain, general stiffness, balance challenges, neurological movement limitations, and/or postural discomfort. All ages and abilities welcome!

A structured 60-minute class designed to help youth build a strong foundation for sport and lifelong movement, focussing on proper lifting mechanics, coordination, and age-appropriate strength development in a safe and supportive environment.
