Functional Mobility

A 60-minute class with a focus on slow, controlled stretching and mobility work to support individuals experiencing back, hip, or knee pain, general stiffness, balance challenges, neurological movement limitations, and/or postural discomfort. All ages and abilities welcome!

A 60-minute class supportive, low-impact class designed for pregnancy and postpartum. This session focuses on reconnecting to your deep core and pelvic floor while building strength, stability, and confidence.

Safe, intentional movement. All trimesters and postpartum stages welcome. Modifications always provided.

A low-impact strength class that combines Pilates-based core work with functional resistance training. Improve stability, posture, and full-body strength through controlled tempo, progressive loading, and intentional movement.
