A full-body Pilates class focused on building strength, control, and muscular endurance. Expect thoughtful, progressive sequencing that challenges your core and supports balanced, functional movement. You’ll leave feeling strong, energized, and deeply worked—in the best way.
Strength + Sculpt

A restorative, stretch-based class that helps release tension and improve mobility. Using slow, guided movement and breath, you’ll create space in the body, support recovery, and enhance flexibility. Perfect for unwinding, rebalancing, and complementing more intense training.
Release + Lengthen

A 6-week guided program for women
A small-group, progressive program designed to improve core and pelvic floor function through personalized assessment, education, and targeted exercise. This approach supports both overactive and underactive presentations, with a focus on connection, coordination, and confident movement.

A 60-minute class with a focus on slow, controlled stretching, mobility, and gentle strengthening to support individuals experiencing back, hip, or knee pain, general stiffness, balance challenges, neurological movement limitations, and/or postural discomfort. All ages and abilities welcome!
